Barbara A. McDaid is a working-class writer. Drawing from her Irish heritage and a Masters in English & Irish Literature, she has merged her experiences of living in1990s North London and West Cork to tell the story of a woman like her. She lives by the sea with her daughter, Ruby, born on a Tuesday.
